Serve your mohalla. Build yourself.
A few hours a week helping women-led stalls take root in your own streets — and every hour teaches you something a classroom cannot: leadership, trust, logistics, storytelling.
Why volunteer with FGB
Our concept is simple: injustice breaks societies; fair opportunity rebuilds them. Volunteers are how that idea reaches every street — and how young people learn, by doing, that their district can change.
Prevention needs hands
Every stall is peace-building through development. Someone has to knock on doors, run the launch day, tell the story. That someone is you.
Skills before certificates
Monthly workshops — public speaking, event management, digital storytelling, first aid, dignity-first relief work — then you practise them in the field the same week.
A heritage of service
Our founder built Community Help Community and volunteered from Bangkok to the flood plains — including the 2022 seed-distribution idea that helped turn disaster into a record harvest. This is that school of service.
A clear pathway
A possible pathway: volunteer → internship → employment or franchise consideration. Sixty logged hours put you first in line when internships open.
Ways to serve
Community Mobiliser
Tell women in your mohalla about “one woman, one item” and help them register. You learn: outreach, trust-building, public speaking.
Launch-Day Crew
Stall openings, tastings, district events. You learn: event management, teamwork under pressure.
Digital Volunteer
Photos, reels, posts, WhatsApp broadcasts. You learn: content, storytelling, brand voice.
Campus Ambassador
Represent FGB at your college or university. You learn: leadership, organising, recruitment.
Translator & Writer
Urdu, Pashto, Saraiki, English — menus, guides, captions. You learn: professional writing.
Seed & Relief Drives
Seasonal distribution campaigns in the founder’s tradition — relief that plants a harvest. You learn: logistics, dignity-first relief.
Join as a volunteer
Open to youth 16+ from every KP district. Tell us where you are and how you want to serve — the district coordinator replies on WhatsApp with the next orientation date.
Every hour is logged; your certificate and reference letter are issued from the chairman’s office.
