Plain promise: we collect only what you type into our forms, we use it only to answer you and run the programme, we never sell it, and we use no advertising trackers.

1 · What we collect

Only the details you enter in our forms — contact, SME/supplier/franchise/investor/partner/careers/internship/volunteer enquiries, complaint reports, newsletter email, location suggestions, and competition registrations (including the reference details you provide). We do not profile visitors and we do not collect data in the background.

2 · Where your form goes

Each form is emailed to its own desk at faizna.com (for example smes@, franchises@, investors@, partners@, contractors@, suppliers@, careers@, internships@, volunteer@, events@ for the competition, muhammad@ for stakeholder desks, info@ for general contact, newsletter and location suggestions) and a copy is stored securely in our website database so nothing is lost if email fails. Complaints go to the complaint channel with number 0345 9552700.

3 · The WhatsApp step

Some forms (competition registration, contact) also prepare a PDF summary sheet on your device and open WhatsApp to our business number +92 300 5792782 — that step runs only when you tap it, and the chat happens under WhatsApp’s own terms.

4 · Storage and retention

Form records are kept in the website’s protected database (and staff CSV exports) for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised. Competition records are kept through the competition cycle and the producer-onboarding that follows it.

5 · Email delivery

Our site sends mail through an authenticated SMTP service configured by our administrators; delivery providers process the message only to transport it.

6 · Anti-spam protection

Every form carries a hidden honeypot, rate limiting and Google reCAPTCHA (“I am not a robot”). Google sets its own cookies on form pages under Google’s privacy policy — we only receive a pass/fail token.

7 · Maps

The Contact and Locations pages embed Google Maps to show our registered location. The map loads from Google and is governed by Google’s terms; no other page loads Google services.

8 · Address suggestions

The "Suggest a location" form offers address auto-completion from OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim service: the text you type in that one field is sent to OpenStreetMap to fetch suggestions (© OpenStreetMap contributors). Nothing else is shared.

9 · Cookies

We use functional cookies only: your cookie-notice choice and your language preference. No analytics, no advertising, no cross-site tracking.

10 · Media consent (competition)

Photos or video from the competition are used for promotion only if you tick the optional media-consent box on the registration form; you can withdraw consent any time by contacting us.

11 · Your rights

Ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time: email info@faizna.com or WhatsApp +92 300 5792782. Our forms are for adults (18+).

12 · Changes

Updates to this statement are posted on this page with a new effective date.
