1. Use of this website

This website is published by FAIZNA GREEN BITES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, CUIN 0344405 ("the Company"). By using it you accept these terms. The site provides information about the Company, its food network and the ways to work with it; it does not sell goods or take payments online.

2. Indicative figures

All menu prices, franchise costs, revenue figures, impact numbers and financial projections shown on this site are indicative only. They are modelled from stated assumptions, vary by format, site and season, and are subject to change and to signed agreement. They are not promises of price, income or return.

3. Not an offer of securities

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or solicitation of securities, or investment advice. Investor materials are provided for information only. Any investment in the Company completes only after its conversion to a private limited company under section 47 of the Companies Act 2017 and the execution of signed documentation prepared by counsel.

4. Enquiries and applications

Submitting a form — franchise, producer, investor, partner, contractor, supplier, careers or document request — is an expression of interest only. It creates no agreement, entitlement or obligation on either side until a written contract is signed by the Company.

5. Brand and intellectual property

FAIZNA, Faizna Green Bites, the Urdu wordmark فائزنا گرین بائٹس, and the logos, cart designs, menus, photography and text on this site are the property of the Company or the Faizna Group and are protected marks and works. They may not be copied, reproduced or used — including on carts, packaging, signage or online — without the Company's written permission.

6. Liability

The site is provided in good faith and with care, but "as is": the Company does not warrant that it is error-free and accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of indicative information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Pakistani law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have jurisdiction.
