Good food, done responsibly.
A street network touches packaging, waste, energy and water every single day. These are our working practices — practical, local, and honest about being a work in progress.
Packaging
Paper-based and reusable packaging first; single-use plastic phased down as supply allows; cups and wraps sized to the portion.
Local sourcing
Ingredients bought from district farms and traders wherever quality allows — short supply lines, fresher food, local money staying local.
Waste & food
Made-to-order portions keep waste low; unsold safe food is donated at day's end, never resold the next day.
Energy
LPG used safely and efficiently; LED lighting throughout; solar assessed for kiosks and the central kitchen.
Water & hygiene
Clean-water protocols at every stall; hand-wash points; greywater disposed responsibly, not into the street.
People
Fair weekly payment, safe working conditions, and training that stays with the person — the social layer is part of sustainability.
Responsible by design
The model itself is the biggest sustainability decision: home kitchens instead of new factories, carts instead of buildings, local producers instead of long supply chains.
