The 400-cart vision
Full-district target announced: 400 carts across Dera Ismail Khan in audited waves — 12,200–21,600 projected livelihoods (targets) — Pakistan’s most documented women’s-enterprise programme.
D.I. Khan pilot in preparation
Producer registration and the women’s competition run through October 2026 (15,000+ applications expected, target); the launch follows at the end of December 2026 with 400 carts across D.I. Khan Division (target).

Applications are open for the first stall franchises in D.I. Khan — five cart models and five placement formats, women applicants prioritised. Apply →
