One woman, one item.
One woman makes one product she is great at, as one registered micro-enterprise. A cart carries a minimum of twenty and up to fifty items — which means one stall stands on the work of dozens of women. That is the whole idea.
One cart · 20 items · 20 women · one neighbourhood
foods, beverages, snacks and drinks — each item produced by one woman SME: one woman, one item.
trained saleswomen/salesmen run the cart through the day.
collect fresh batches from producers' homes each morning and deliver to the cart, batch-tagged.
every producer SME is paid weekly against batch-tag sales records — transparent and auditable.
Launch configuration for December 2026 (TARGET) — quantities are projections until carts are operating.
How a single stall becomes an economy
A stall opens
A branded cart, stall or kiosk opens in a market, run by a trained woman operator.
20–50 producers supply it
Every item on the board is made by a different certified home-based woman producer.
Faizna runs the platform
Brand, training academy, kitchen certification, batch-tag traceability, dawn logistics, quality checks, weekly digital payment.
It multiplies
Each new stall adds another cluster of enterprises. 400 carts — and 1,000+ in 2027 — mean tens of thousands of livelihoods, most of them women's.
Capital-light, community-deep
The production capacity already exists — in home kitchens across the district. We do not build factories to replace them; we certify, connect and brand them. That keeps capital costs low and pushes earnings into homes that need them.
It also makes the network resilient: no single kitchen, no single stall, no single point of failure. Quality lives in the certification system and the batch tag, not in one building.
Five engineered cart models — from a 4 ft one-woman pop-up to a 10 ft flagship kitchen — carry seven menu formats: desi street food, biryani, burgers, breakfast, chutneys, health & wellness, and a dedicated beverages bar.
