Not every job in this network is inside a kitchen. Every cart creates three jobs at the cart, and riders work two routes: the collection route — home producers to the carts at dawn — and the home-delivery route — carts and home kitchens to customers’ doors through the day. Steady, local jobs, paid on the network’s digital system.
Roles
Collection rider — homes → carts, at dawn.
Home-delivery rider — carts and home kitchens → customers.
Cart team — preparation, service, settlement; three per cart.
Route supervisor and quality checker — as routes grow.
Scale
400 carts in December 2026 = 1,200 cart jobs plus multiple rider jobs per cart on two routes; 1,000+ carts in 2027 = 3,000+ cart jobs plus riders. Every rider per cart adds 400 jobs at launch and 1,000+ in 2027. Rider counts per route are published once the route plans are confirmed.
