Under the MoU: internships of six to twelve weeks across ten company departments, each with a learning plan, a supervisor and a certificate; a standing student volunteer programme with jointly issued certificates; Gomal University as the independent academic partner (household baseline before launch, midline after twelve months, social return on investment measured to a published method); sessions by the Institute of Food Science & Nutrition in the company’s training academy; and first consideration for the University’s graduates in recruitment.
The agreement follows the Women’s Food & Beverage Competition I of 23 October 2026, in which 310 women of the district competed before a panel led by Prof. Dr. Sadaf Javaria, Director of the Institute of Food Science & Nutrition.
“Gomal University has stood beside the women of this district from the first day. With the University measuring our work independently, every promise we make to these women will be tested in public.” — Muhammad Ejaz Awan, Chief Executive
